2026 Spring Euchre Tournament

The Shakopee Lions Club is set to host its 4th Annual Euchre tournament at the Shakopee Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) hall. This anticipated event promises to be a lively gathering, inviting card game enthusiasts from the community to participate in a friendly competition. With the aim of raising funds for local community projects, the tournament at the VFW hall will offer a perfect blend of fun and community spirit. Participants can look forward to an enjoyable evening with refreshments and the chance to support the Lions Club's commitment to community service. The event is expected to be a hit, drawing in crowds eager for both the game and the greater cause it supports.

Registration is for teams of two.  There is no charge for the tournament, however there will be a lunch served by the VFW for $40 per person to benefit The Shakopee Lions Club ($80 per team).  Tournament play will consist of an initial round robin pool, with top teams advancing to a single-elimination tournament.  The top team will take home a cash prize and bragging rights for the year!  Sign in at 9:30 and start dealing at 10 am. Do not arrive at 10 am!!  Champions estimated to be crowned by 5 pm.

Teams must pre-register online or by mail. RSVPs are required no later than March 9th. For your meal and additional donations make checks payable to Shakopee Lions Club and include with your registration. It is imperative that if you sign up, you show up, as pool play depends on the right number of teams!!
